We keep pace with your technological advancements. As new production processes come on line, we provide new hot stamping systems to match:

IMD-Inmold® is the best decoration method for medium and large-scale production of 3D plastic parts.
•   save on production time and costs by integrating the
injection molding and decoration of plastic parts into
    one process.
•   The hot stamping foil is inserted between the injection
mold halves and the foil then adheres to the molten
plastic as it is injected into the mold
•   We will supply the IMD mold, IMD foil and the foil-
feeding device and assist with technical support to
integrate the IMD mold into your production process.

Insert Molding is the most effective technique for decorating strongly shaped 3D plastic parts, as it achieves seamless edges.
•   Even very long plastic parts, for example instrument

panels, may be produced and decorated in one
    continuous step
•   Available in a variety of finishes, eg woodgrain,
marble, metallic, and effects, from matte to gloss.
•   Wrinkle free
•   High surface resistance

High Pressure Forming is a new process that allows the application of a single picture image to deeply contoured plastic parts
•   It consists of a polycarbonate sheet that is pre-printed
with multi colour designs then shaped by heat and
vacuum forming prior to die cutting and injection
    molding

Heat Transfer Foils multicolour designs (up to 9 colours) and a variety of effects, including half-tone pictures, are transferred in one application

Exterior foils with superior resistance to weather exposure, pigment foils with increased fade resistance etc.
