Magnetic foils are the most widely used data
storage medium. The Kurz foils easily meet the ISO requirement of
2000 passes; we have achieved 8000 passes!
• Available in colours, metallics or holograms. You
may
add a graphic design or logo (with up to 3 colours)
without compromising data integrity.
Signature foils are easy to write on, yet extremely resistant to tampering. Once applied, they form a permanent bond with the card. We can custom-design the signature strip without impairing its functionality as a security device. This means you can add logos, text or other design elements (with up to 3 colours) across its entire surface.
Overlay foils an additional layer with OVDs
- optically variable
devices - is applied across the entire card. This holographic design
feature adds an additional layer of protection over the personalised data underneath,
preventing tampering.

Scratch-off foils are a cost-effective method to protect data
against unauthorised access. Other advantages – it is quick to apply and
allows for high coverage area. They re ideal for prepaid cards.
Tipping foils improve the appearance and visibility of embossed letters on credit cards etc. Available in back, silver and gold.
Cold indent foils used to stamp personalised numbers onto signature strips, they offer another level of security at reasonable cost and can be applied quickly, using a standard typewriter.
Thermal Transfer Ribbons (TTR) for stamping on
demand data onto cards, tickets or adhesive labels. Ideal for credit cards and
plastic labels, TTRs are long lasting and easily readable, scratch and abrasion
resistant.

greater flexibility than UV ink, which must be bulk
printed, whereas UV TTR can be personalised for
each individual card.
